Pitney Bowes introduces Volly, a revolutionary digital platform that enables users to access their physical mail securely from anywhere. This mail project revolutionizes traditional mail management by providing users with convenient, on-demand access to their mail items via a user-friendly web-based portal, a portal that transforms the way businesses connect with customers, bridging the gap between physical and digital communication channels. Volly offers users a secure platform to access and manage their mail, documents, calendar, payments, and exclusive deals and coupons, all in one convenient location. This project aims to streamline mail management, eliminate spam, and provide users with seamless access to important information, whether they're at home, in the office, or on the go. The User experience enhancement includes addressing front stage and read state tasks, and user persona’s as user experience (UX) improvements and the implementation of a design system to ensure consistency and ease of use across all interactions.



User Persona: Sarah, 35, Single, Professional

Sarah is a busy professional who travels frequently for work. She values solutions that allow her to manage important documents and correspondence efficiently, regardless of her location. With Pitney Bowes Volly Mail Portal, Sarah can access her mail remotely and stay organized while on the go.


User Flow:
